5. Wedding Choreography Services
5.1 Booking and Deposit
Wedding services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. The deposit covers initial planning, rehearsal allocation, creative preparation, and reserves the date exclusively for you.
Once the deposit is received, your wedding date will be confirmed and protected in our calendar. We will then begin the creative planning process tailored to your celebration.

The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the wedding, full payment is required at the time of booking.
5.3 Cancellation Policy - Wedding Services
Important: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your date and covers the planning and creative work already undertaken.
The tiered cancellation structure applies to the remaining 50% balance only:
More than 60 days' notice: Deposit retained, with no further charges.
30-60 days' notice: Deposit retained, plus 50% of the remaining balance is payable.
Less than 30 days' notice: Deposit retained, plus the full remaining balance is payable.
Cancellation notice must be provided in writing via email.
