No previous dance experience is required, and all sessions are fully inclusive and accessible.

Workshops are designed for groups of up to 30 pupils per session to ensure safe movement, strong engagement, and high-quality delivery.
Larger year groups or cohorts are accommodated through multiple sessions across the day.
Short breaks between sessions are built in to allow for smooth transitions, resets, and consistent delivery throughout the day.
All workshops include planning, music, and any equipment required.
Pupils explore rhythm, storytelling, and a fusion of traditional and modern South Asian dance styles.
